Day TwoThe Full Experience
Together, we begin the day with an immersive outing into the breathtaking Idyllwild mountains. A guided hike to reset and ground the nervous system, shake off the stress of city-life and modern living, and connect to nature. Later, we will offer a carefully curated program called The Practice, incorporating yoga, meditation, movement, breathwork, soundbath, and group integration. To wrap up the full day, we’ll be nourished with plant-based catering and fireside hangs.

Nestled in the quiet beauty of Idyllwild, this mountainside home offers a peaceful escape from daily life. Surrounded by towering trees and fresh mountain air, the space is designed for both connection and restoration. Enjoy cozy, thoughtfully designed interiors, comfortable shared and private sleeping options, and inviting common areas to gather, unwind, and simply be. Whether you’re sipping tea on the deck, resting in the hot tub in between sessions, or connecting with others, this space supports you in slowing down and settling in.

Benjamin Moore
Benjamin (“Bmoor”) is a Personal Development Guide and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer known for his uplifting presence and ability to create spaces where people feel both energized and supported. With a background in athletics (as a two-sport college athlete himself), and years of experience working with professional, college and high school athletes, he brings a team-oriented, disciplined approach to his work—encouraging others to tap into their inner strength while staying connected to a sense of play and purpose.
Drawing from years of experience in holistic practices such as fasting, guided meditation, and plant-based nutrition, Benjamin supports individuals in strengthening both body and mind. His approach blends physical training with personal development, helping clients cultivate resilience, clarity, and deeper self-awareness. Whether leading a workout, facilitating a group experience, or offering one-on-one guidance, he is passionate about helping others create meaningful, lasting change and develop stronger connections with themselves and the communities around them.
Carli Baldwin
Carli is a Certified Yoga Teacher & Soundbath Facilitator passionate about creating space for movement, mindfulness, and connection. With a background in modern dance, Thai kick-boxing and wilderness adventure, she brings a playful, creative and fun energy to her yoga and movement classes and grounding, nature-inspired elements to her guided meditations and soundbaths.
Carli specializes in invigorating and accessible vinyasa sequences, yoga for recovery, trauma-informed yoga, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and has sought continuous ongoing education since receiving her teaching certification in 2021. Additionally, she has been hosting a monthly hiking club encouraging people of all experience levels to confidently explore the outdoors. Whether it's through private or group classes, workshops, retreats or group hikes, Carli's mission is to guide others towards balance, resiliency, adventure and inner peace.
