A little about Carli…

Carli is originally from a small town in Upstate New York, growing up outside and unplugged from the busy-ness of modern-day life. Her upbringing greatly impacted her admiration and connection to the natural world, grounding her in a lifestyle and mindset centered on holistic health and wellbeing with her body, mind and the planet.

Fascinated by the relationships between individuals, communities and the natural world, Carli has studied History, Political Science, Psychology, Performance Arts and Anthropology. She received her Bachelors of Arts from St. Lawrence University and later attended the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis for a Master’s Degree focused in Social Justice and Human Rights. With a diverse working background in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), community fundraising and organizing, education, volunteer management and housing justice, Carli passionately works to leave a positive, lasting impact on the communities she finds herself a part of.

During the pandemic, Carli quit her day job in search of a more fulfilling and impactful career. Rather than try to change the world, she realized she could change herself and work one-on-one to empower others to do the same. Carli further realized that to generate a healthy community ecosystem, she would have to prioritize her own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and wellbeing.

In this exciting life chapter, Carli continued her education in Eastern practices, including a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program with Yogalution Movement and Wellness, the only donation-based yoga studio in Long Beach, California. She also received a certificate of completion from Divasonic Music Academy in Sound Healing & Meditation Arts.

Naturally, she was drawn to the intersection of Eastern Philosophies like Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine because of their holistic and preventative approach to health, alongside the findings of modern medicine and science-based research to support health and optimal living.

Carli now teaches public and private yoga classes, leads sound bath meditations and sound healing experiences, and offers yoga therapy sessions to young women in residential recovery dealing with substance abuse, mental health disorders, and PTSD.

She is here to empower you to prioritize your healing and holistic health, and to support you with practical life skills and tools for how to live a deeply connected, healthy, and joyful life.

Be the change you wish to see in the world.
