A little about Carli…

Carli Baldwin is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Healing Facilitator devoted to creating spaces for movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

Drawing on a background in dance, Thai kickboxing, and guiding wilderness exploration, Carli brings a dynamic, playful energy to her movement classes and a grounded, nature-inspired presence to her meditations and sound baths.

Her work is rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen through both effort and ease—through challenge, stillness, freedom to express and intentional rest.

Carli specializes in accessible yoga, invigorating vinyasa sequences, yoga for recovery, trauma-informed practices, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Training & Certifications

Since beginning her teaching journey in 2021, she has continued to deepen her studies in yoga, sound healing, and holistic health, integrating Eastern philosophy with modern, practical tools for nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.

Her path into this work was shaped by a deeper shift—stepping away from a traditional career to pursue a more intentional, purpose-driven life. That transition continues to inform the way she guides others: with authenticity, compassion, and an emphasis on sustainable, whole-person wellness.

In addition to public and private classes, Carli facilitates workshops, retreats, sound healing experiences, and a monthly hiking club designed to make the outdoors more accessible and empowering for all levels.

Whether through movement, stillness, or time spent in nature, her mission is to support others in cultivating balance, resilience, adventure, and a deeper connection to themselves.

We are all walking each other home.
