About the program…

This signature offering blends ancient practices of yoga asana, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and modern movement styles, including HIIT workouts, Muay Thai Boxing drills, and more.

Join for two live virtual classes per week, along with weekly community emails containing guided breathwork sessions, guided meditations, soundbaths, and journal prompts.

Join us this spring as we build strength, stability and momentum through a progressive movement and mindfulness program designed to help you rise confidently into spring.

  • March 23: Foundation

    • Hatha Yoga class designed to build mind-body connection, deepen awareness, explore basic postures.

    March 26: Safety

    • Flow & Restore signature class featuring heat-building opening sequences and gentle, deep stretches with longer holds to restore.

    March 30: Strength

    • Vinyasa yoga class with strength focus, incorporating long holds and focus on functional strength (legs, shoulders, core).

    April 2: Stability

    • Yoga class featuring a light introduction to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts and clear rest windows.

    April 6: Energy

    • Vinyasa yoga class incorporating flow & power elements to deepen one’s awareness of and use of energy.

    April 9: Expression

    • Yoga-themed warm up with Muay-Thai focus (Thai Kickboxing), incorporating fun and challenging drills to express and release.

    April 13: Balance

    • Hatha Yoga balance and mobility flow, exploring stability with softness

    April 16: Recovery

    • Restorative yoga class featuring gentle postures, long holds, deep stretches, and nervous-system regulation

    April 20: Integration

    • Hybrid class blending vinyasa yoga sequences and short conditioning bursts (HIIT circuits)

    April 23: Confidence

    • Muay Thai-inspired hybrid class incorporating vinyasa yoga elements, striking combinations, optional power.

    April 27: Reflection

    • Embodied yoga flow revisiting the foundational elements of the 6-week movement program to deepen familiarity and mastery.

    April 30: Sustainability

    • Closing integration class, featuring a gentle yoga flow and extended rest.
